Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: August 4, 2026 · Last Updated: August 4, 2026

OrgWisely is a product of OrgWisely. By using this product you agree to the OrgWisely User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Report an accessibility problem

Email is the primary way to reach us — no CAPTCHA required. Tell us the page or feature, what you tried, and what went wrong. We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days.

Or email us at support@orgwisely.com.

The Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. If that challenge is hard to use with your assistive technology, please email us instead.

1. Our commitment

OrgWisely and its products (including HOAResidents.com) aim to make our websites and applications usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for our web experiences. WCAG is a technical standard; this statement describes our goals and known limitations, not a formal certification or VPAT.

2. Measures we take

We use accessible UI primitives where practical, provide skip links to main content, support keyboard focus styles, honor prefers-reduced-motion for non-essential animation, and continue remediating known gaps in forms, custom widgets, and board tools.

We also run automated accessibility checks (including axe-based scans on critical public pages) as part of our quality process and improve contrast tokens used for body and muted text.

3. Known limitations

Some third-party widgets are outside our full control. In particular, Cloudflare Turnstile (used to reduce bot abuse on signup and similar forms) may present challenges for some assistive technologies or keyboard workflows, depending on the challenge mode Cloudflare presents.

Complex board workflows (for example amenity calendars, rich-text editors, and CSV imports) are actively being improved. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can prioritize a fix.

  • Third-party CAPTCHA / Turnstile challenges
  • Some dense data tables and import previews on smaller screens
  • Occasional unlabeled or low-contrast controls we are still remediating

4. Compatibility

Our products are designed to work with modern evergreen browsers and common assistive technologies (such as recent versions of NVDA, VoiceOver, and keyboard-only navigation). Older browsers may not receive the same level of support.

5. Report an accessibility problem

If you have difficulty using any part of the Platform because of a disability, or if you have accessibility feedback, please tell us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide information in an accessible format and to address the barrier.

Email is the primary and most accessible way to reach us. Use the "Email accessibility feedback" button near the top of this page (or email the address shown there). That opens your email app with a pre-filled subject line and does not require a CAPTCHA.

When you write, please include: (1) the page URL or feature name, (2) your browser and assistive technology if you use one (for example NVDA, VoiceOver, or keyboard-only), (3) what you were trying to do, and (4) what went wrong. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days.

You may also use our Contact page as a secondary option. That form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. If Turnstile or the form is difficult to use with your assistive technology, please use email instead — you do not need to complete the Contact form to report an accessibility problem.

  • Primary: email (no CAPTCHA) — use the button at the top of this page
  • Secondary: Contact page — if the CAPTCHA blocks you, use email
  • Include URL, assistive technology, and steps to reproduce when you can

6. Updates to this statement

We may update this Accessibility Statement as our products and remediation work evolve. We will post the updated statement on the Platform and revise the "Last Updated" date above.
